So I finally got to Sephora recently. I haven't been there in awhile, and two things absolutely jumped off the shelf at me. Both are a pricey purchase, so I decided to hold off and think about them a little longer. If they are still haunting me in a week or so, I will have to return to the store and figure it out then.
#Instamarc Light Filtering Contour Powder - Can we just take a minute? This compact is absolutely stunning, and the texture of these is beautiful. There were three different shades, but the lightest version is defintely where my head is at. Marc Jacobs does packaging well, and this is no exception. For $59.00CAD, this is an expensive purchase that I by no means need. But I just can't stop thinking about it. The bronze Color is a perfect shade to contour fair skins with, and they blend together seamlessly. Om nom nom... I could drool over this ALL day!
Stila Convertible Color Palette: $64.00 CAD will get you this limited edition convertible color palette. I am more looking into this for my freelance kit. What a wonderful item to have! These colors work on lips or cheeks, and they would be so easy to mix up! I love to use a product like this first on the cheek underneath a powder blush to maximize the lasting power, and the lip colors I could make with this palette are super extensive. I think this would be an absolutely wonderful thing for any Makeup Artist to have in their freelance kit!
I couldn't believe that only two things really stuck out for me on that visit.
There are a couple of drugstore products that I am on the lookout for as well....
LA Girl Pro BB Cream: This was a recommendation on You Tube, and it apparently gives great coverage and lasts all day. I don't really ask much more than that from a foundation-like product, and for the cheap price of under $10.00, this will totally be something that I pick up next time I see it!
NYX Tame and Frame Pomade: Dupe alert! Could this possibly be a dupe for the Anastasia Dip Brow!? I will be finding out very soon because I can't wait to get my hands on this product. Where I buy my NYX products always seems to be a little behind, so I'm sure I have some waiting to do before I find it.. but keep your eyes peeled for a review on this!
What things are you lusting over these days!? Does anybody else keep a list of wishlist products on their phone?

Some blog posts might seem ridiculous. This is a safe environment for Beauty Junkies! If you bought something just because of the packaging, or you find yourself procrastinating by swatching, this is the place for you.
