So a few weeks ago, I was officially hit with the seasonal bug. The first large palette of the season arrived, and I could not be happier with it. From this point on, I am interested in nothing but holiday collections, until Boxing Day is over!
The eyeshadow palette comes with 8 trios (of the photo op formula we all know and love) and three blush shades. Let me tell you, the only way to describe these shadows is butter. They swatch like a dream, and you could create an impressive amount of looks with all of these colors.
The product itself gets 5 star ratings from me. Formula, wear time, blendability... It passed it all! The packaging however, does have a few flaws. This could have gone two ways for me, if possible to get all the product on one side of the palette, a giant mirror could have been placed on the other side, which would be a travelers dream or, even a half size mirror would have been appreciated. I find the look book that comes with the palette could have simply been placed in the box, instead of taking up all that room. The reason I take large palettes with me when I travel, is not only for a large amount of color options, but for the mirror!
This palette retails for $75CAD and is exclusive to Shoppers Drug Mart. Below is a picture of the limited Master Class palette exclusive to Sephora. What one do you prefer?

Some blog posts might seem ridiculous. This is a safe environment for Beauty Junkies! If you bought something just because of the packaging, or you find yourself procrastinating by swatching, this is the place for you.
